Delivery
PACKAGING

Orders are packaged with care to help prevent damage during postage. Paintings are packaged in acid free plastic sleeves or acid free tissue paper and protected with foamboard / cardboard and bubble wrap where required.

DELIVERY TIMES AND PRICES
​
Shop items: FREE Royal Mail or ParcelForce delivery within the UK. I run all aspects of the business myself, so I will dispatch items within 7 days but aim for sooner. Items within the UK should arrive within 10 days of the date of purchase.​
​
If you are interested in purchasing an original painting from outside the UK, please contact me for a postage quote (include the title of the painting and destination country) and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Commissions: FREE delivery within the UK. Postage costs for international commissions will be outlined during correspondence or in the quote.

CUSTOMS CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please be aware that there is a possibility of customs fees on international orders. This varies from country to country. You are responsible for paying any customs fees charged to your package at your post office. You will not be issued a refund for customs fees.
Returns
RETURNS
​
Returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving the purchase. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund. Your returned item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for commissions due to their personalised nature, unless they arrive damaged. Although every care is put into the packaging, in the unlikely event that a commission arrives damaged, please send a photos to lucymilliganart@gmail.com to discuss a return / refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as I can't guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
